Didn't eat here but the coffee is AMAZING! Took a packet of ground coffee for my French press. It's not bitter at all, smooth as silk; best drunk as a long black or espresso. Service was great: they ground the beans for my French press. Next to try: AK47. They say It's super strong Wooo!

Absolutely love Thistle Coffee in Thornlands! The team here never disappoints — they’re always super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about great coffee. You can really feel the good vibes the moment you walk in. I recently tried their new “Crabby Coffee” beans and wow — what a standout! Smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of depth. You can tell a lot of care has gone into sourcing and roasting these beans. Definitely one of the best new blends I’ve had in a long time!

I grabbed a quick coffee to go from this popular little cafe today. Although it was busy service was quick and friendly. There’s a few outdoor undercover tables, and all were full this morning, showing how well regarded this cafe is. Plus the coffee was good. Recommended!

Thistle Cafe is the place you want to go to if you want love in a cup. With amazing food to choose from, particularly the Ruben Sandwich and the exceptional customer service to go with it. How could you not visit this cute little cafe. If you ever get the chance to have your coffee made by barista Alyssa you know your in for a treat.

Visiting the Thistle Espresso is one of my favourite parts of my day. I am always greeted with a friendly face and a great yarn! This is my go to place for a delicious cup of coffee and I highly recommend it if you love your coffee to! If you do get the opportunity to pop into the Thistle Espresso, hopefully you get the chance to meet the Wonderful Barista Allyssa. Not only can she make you a dam good cup of coffee but she will send you on your way with positive vibes to start your day!

Popped in for a coffee and a bite this morning. As always, the staff were so welcoming and friendly! Alyssa’s coffees are awesome, and Nichola made the best bacon and egg brioche burger — so tasty I almost went back for a second (but I’m keeping an eye on the waistline!). Great food, great coffee, and even better service.

Hands down the best coffee and friendliest service in the Redlands. Seriously good home made treats as well… If you’re not starting your day here, you’re doing it wrong. Great to see they are now serving 16oz cups with 3 shots for those of us who need a little ‘extra’ too.

The thistle team are so lovely. Remember my order, know my name. Always cheerful. I'm preferring the muddy coffee blend at the moment (you can choose this over their normal blend) and it's great they have more cup sizes to choose from now. I love the toasties and baked goods. Yummo!
